We believe customers should understand our basic service-call rates before booking. Here’s how our minimum service charges work.
Standard Service Call
The $250 minimum includes the first two hours of labour plus the $40 truck charge.
Emergency Service Call
The $490 minimum includes the first three hours of labour plus the $40 truck charge.
After-hours rates apply after 5:00 PM and on weekends.
Outside our regular service area? Additional travel charges may apply based on location.
How Our Service Call Minimums Work
Your minimum covers the initial labour period associated with your service-call rate.
Standard service calls have a 2-hour minimum. After-hours and weekend calls have a 3-hour minimum.
If the work requires more time beyond the minimum, labour continues at the applicable hourly rate.
Parts, materials, subcontracted work, specialized equipment, and other job-specific costs may be additional where applicable.
